So I asked here a month ago that if I just control my diet and no exercise (I'm on 1500kcal diet rn), will I be able to lose weight and its going great. I've lost 5 kg this month only. But my main concern always was my belly fat and it doesn't seem to be reducing. It 42' before I started and it's still 42'. Idk where all those 5kgs I lost went from.
So basically what is it that I have to do to reduce belly fat. I'm only 22'M and this is very unhealthy amount of belly fat I've accumulated. I'm willing to take on exercise if it was necessary all along. I don't want abs or toned body, I just want to look healthy. Thanks.
