Happy Holidays, everyone!
We all know how holiday foods can be destruction to our diets. Letting yourself indulge once a year shouldn't be a big deal and I know that.
I haven't been tracking what I'm eating for 3 days now and since Christmas is officially over, I want to get back on track and not feel bloated every time I wake up but what shocked me this morning wasmy weight on the scale!
I normally weigh 42kg and after weighing myself today I weigh 48kg! Is this even possible? I know I'm a sugar fiend but... Really? I know I've gained real weight, obviously but is the rest really so much water weight?
