Why am I so cranky/tired brain foggy on new diet?

I'm 28 years old, 5'10" 215 lbs and I want to get down to 185 lbs. Since I started I'm down to 213.5 in 4 days, so the diet is working. I'm burning about 2500 calories per day according to my galaxy watch total including cardio 30 minutes each day since I started 4 days ago.My macros are roughly 45% carbs 30% fats and 25% protein and I'm eating 1500 calories per day to create a 1,000 calorie deficit per day to lose 2lbs per week. I hit all my nutrition goals every day as well, so at least I think I'm doing a good job. Is the reason why I'm so cranky and tired all the time because my body is adjusting to this new diet or does this last for the duration of the diet since my body isn't getting the amount of calories it needs? Also at my height and weight, is 2500 calories accurate that my body burns everyday? Besides running/jogging for 30 mins per day I'm pretty sedentary since I work from home. Are my numbers off? What can it be?
