Happy Friday! I'm not sure what's up with the post banner, sorry if it's been hard to find! I'm willing to blame operator error (spoiler alert, it's me, I'm the operator).
Weight: Weighed in. Don't wanna talk about it just yet.
Stay within calorie range (maintain at 2000 ish): Nooooo.
Exercise 5 days a week: Walked. Not long enough but it's better than nothing. 2/4 days.
Self-care journaling (once a week, 60 minutes): Will hit it up after this post! 1/1 week.
Try a new recipe once a week: Nothing yet, looking at options with some joy in my heart. X/X weeks
Express gratitude, mindfulness or HOLIDAY CHEER: Kids it's been a tough week. My work schedule has changed again & I'm not thrilled. But I am still here & doing better than a previous version of me. We're in this together. Huzzahs all around.
