How do I eat healthy when there's junk all around me?

I'm 18F and since quarantine started for us in March, I've completely 180'd my relationship with food and exercise through work w/ my therapist and reflection inward. I went from binge eating from after school to after dark, to finding respect for myself and eating what makes me feel good. The scale hasn't budged much, gone from 156 to 146 over the past 9-ish months, but I've seen HUGE results in other departments (fat percentage went from 31% to 23%, I started lifting and I've noticed a massive change in my fat distribution/how my body looks, my waistline went from upwards of 40" to 29"- the results are wonderful and I wouldn't change a thing- the amount of face fat I've lost is... well let's just say I'm taking a hell of a lot more selfies these days hahah)

Here's my problem: I was able to go strong and eat right for the better part of my health journey, but what with the holidays, it's getting harder and harder to fight the cravings to binge eat. And I don't mean the occasional cookie or the extra roll at dinner- I'm literally back to blank-stare binge eating; grazing so much I'm basically on auto-pilot. These days, my parents are ordering take out after take out, or whipping up old trigger foods just for me. Instead of just moderating the food and taking my time, I'm literally binging at the table- pizza then ramen then pasta then grilled cheese, until I'm rummaging through the freezer for just something to fill the need to binge. I've scarfed down a lot of crap since October started. I'm not gaining weight, but the fact it's so regular is starting to get concerning... I plan on talking it through with my therapist and other support systems next week to tackle the emotional side of things- but I was wondering if the subreddit I went to for motivation, would have some words for me. Any of you dealing with junk-food addicts? (self or family?) How do you control urges to binge when everyone around you is enjoying the food? How do you get over the awkwardness of a whole family eating pizza while you have chicken and steamed veggies?

Thanks :)
