Long story short I got put on anti depressants fresh out of high school at age 18 i gained over 100 pounds in 5 years I was originally 180 pounds my senior year. Now I'm 280 now at 23 idk what to do I try to diet I'm good for 3 days then I some how fall off it's a bad cycle I track my calories through Loseit fitness app. It's just been hard I really would love to get back to 250 or even get down to 200 pounds it always a day where I get hungry after eating my calories for the day then I fall off it just stupid this cycle of falling off with calories then going back and trying to lose weight again it's just hard idk what to do?
Any help would be good, I try to snack on blueberries or strawberries sometimes when I'm hungry and that works. But then I have days where I fall off and then sometimes I'm just not eating less and just eating way more calories then I do it all over again trying to lose weight.
