Started diet recommended by dietitian, feel like crap.

TL;DR two weeks into dietitian recommended diet and I am so SO exhausted. Have been very strict about what I eat and haven't broke yet. Is this shitty feeling normal?

Okay, so to begin, I used to be relatively petite (5'1, 115lbs) I still had a belly but at least I could touch my toes. When I got pregnant, I gained a lot of baby weight and i just kept packing it on. Now weighing in at 187lbs over the course of 7 years, I have become a disoriented rectangle with literally no shape anymore. With the weight gain came depression, and with depression came low self esteem and an uncontrollable desire to eat.

About a month ago, I was dealing with a lot of health problems so I contacted my DR and lord behold, all my issues were weight related. After finding out that I've become insulin resistant, was essentially killing my liver and pancreas, and am now at a high risk of diabetes, I decided to seek help from a dietitian to help get my eating in order.

My dietitian recommended that I cut my calorie intake down to 1350-1400/ day, cut my carbs down to approx 54g/day, and cut sugar down to 20g/day, do intermittent fasting (no food after 730pm for me) and start a food diary.

I decided I would cut refined sugar out entirely. I've been going strong for the past two weeks without breaking and my face has slimmed down quite a bit. My skin is starting to look healthier and isn't as oily, I'm sleeping 10x better, but my lord I am EXHAUSTED ALL THE TIME.

Is this normal two weeks in? All I want to do is sleep, despite taking supplements and making sure to eat proper. I don't skip any meals and make sure to snack in between. I'm staying well hydrated drinking plenty of water throughout the day. I'm asleep by 10pm most nights and up at 7am. And yet I just have no energy.
