Trying and failing?

Hello, I’ve started my journey about a month and a half ago and I have lost 19 pounds. I am a 26 y/o female, 5ft 4”, started at 256 and now I am 237. I have been trying clean eating and portion sizing with a few days at the gym while counting my steps and calories on my Fitbit. This past week has been a serious mental battle for me. I haven’t been doing a lot of exercise and I haven’t been eating all too well. I’m not sure how to get past this mental barrier to continue my journey. I want so badly not to be obese. I want to feel normal and healthy. I would love to hike my dogs and be able to walk them without feeling like I’m dying after a few steps. This is also a continuous thing with me. I’ll lose a little weight and continue on with the bad habits I’ve created. I deserve more, and I can’t get myself to actually believe that and stay healthy and fit. I don’t feel like myself and I feel like I’m constantly disappointing myself and everyone around me. I would just love some real advice and support and I have just learned about this app I don’t have much of a support system at the moment ...
