Hi there, I have been wanting to loose weight since I got pregnant with my son 2 years ago. During the pregnancy I gave into all of my unhealthy craving and gained a lot of excess weight, and ever since then I have felt really gross about my own appearance. It's weird because, I can look at another women who has the same body shape as me, and think they are beautiful, but when I see myself in the mirror I want to cry.
It's gotten to the point where I can't be intimate with my fiancé unless the lights are off. I used to be able to look in the mirror and hit on myself, because I thought I was hot stuff (although I have been told this is a little weird) I miss being able to where all of my goth clothes that I can't afford to replace with new ones, and I miss feeling comfortable in a bathing suit.
Here are some problems I want to work on, and need some advice for:
- I have a soda problem, it's to the point where I have cravings for it when I don't have at least one every couple of days
- I have no idea how to diet cost efficiently, is there a less expensive way to do it? I can hardly afford normal food
- How do I stay motivated? I have depression that is not currently being medicated, I don't have health insurance and I can't afford to go to the doctor, so I do my best to cope with it on my own, how do I keep the motivation to keep dieting with this in mind?
- I have a hard time doing normal exercises, I used to play wii fit and just dance and such for my exercise because it kept me from getting bored and giving up early, I'm not sure if I can do a normal exercise routine, so what should I do?
I'm sorry if this isn't a good post, I'm just not sure what I should do, and I was really hoping for some advice.
