The past 8 weeks i've been at a facility where my food was controlled (training program for a job) and I've been having a diet of about 1200-2000 calories a day depending on the day, and I lost 16 lbs and went from 150ish to 133. now returned home and for the past 5 days i've been having HUGE binges since i craved so much food within those 8 weeks and had no control of what i was able to eat. When I say these binges are huge i mean i've been having 4000-5000 calories every day for the past 4-5 days. I'm now 140 ):
first of all, am I really 140 now or is it partially water ? Second any tips on binging after feeling deprived for a period of time? I feel so helpless and everyday this week Ive been telling myself Ill get back on track and i keep oversnacking and going way over my budget.
