Calories burned and heart rate correlation question

If I do X activity over an hour and my heart is consistently 130 BPM and if I do Y activity over an hour and my heart is consistently 130 BPM, all else equal, do I burn the same amount of calories during those two activities?

I ask because there’s a lot of calorie burned calculators that don’t ask the type of exercise but simply for your heart rate and other metrics (weight, age, etc). I’ve read stuff that says it really comes down to heart rate only, but then another article will talk about type of exercises and all that jazz

I ask because after losing weight I became a long distance runner. When I run/jog with friends who run less than me it’s not unusual for me to average 130 BPM or less during that hour at a pace that is far slower than I run alone.

However, I also measured my heart rate during a presentation I gave. I hate public speaking, like bordering on it being a phobia. My heart rate during that presentation (while a little bit more erratic) averaged out to be in the 120s.

Does that mean I burned roughly the same amount of calories during the presentation as I would running with my friends? Intuitively that’s obviously hard to believe but despite doing little else that day my Garmin did give me active calories akin to what I would see running.
