What's going on?

18(F), height(5.6ft), SW(158 lbs), GW(135 lbs), CW(154 lbs), So the quarantine and starting university got a bit better off me and I've put on some weight. About a month ago I've decided to shed those unwanted pounds and I started keto. At first, I dropped to 149 lbs, but eventually my weight started fluctuating and I was again hovering at around 156. Now, I knew that holidays are coming and I was going to break my keto, so I've listened to one of the advice I read on Reddit and fasted for 2 days prior to breaking my keto woth some fruit. This got me to 150 lbs again. Now, as I broke my keto a week ago, I started OMAD and calorie tracking with FB as well as some moderate working out, so I'm sure I'm staying well under my calorie maintanance level. I also didn't binge on sugar or had any huge cravings. I ate just a slice of cake in these few days for the courtesy reasons, but I did eat fruit. Having said that, my weight spiked up a day after breaking my keto(155) and I was telling myself it's probably water weight as my diet also contained a bit more salt than usual. However, its been now 4 days and it is still not budging. Also, I should mention that this morning I got people complimenting me that I lost weight, so I believe I did lose some cms around my waist. So, could someone explain what is happening? Should I change something in my approach or just stay patient and trust the process? How should I proceed after holidays?

P. S. English is not my native, so sorry for inevitable mistakes.
