[ 22 M ] Achieved my first goal ! Lost 50 pounds Current H:170 / W:171pounds

Hello everybody, this is first time im posting here since i recently joined on your sub for the first time so i can share my story, hopefully motivate someone and get some tips on what should i do now..

So 3 months and 2 weeks ago i was drinking a lot and since Covid started with all this crazy things goin on around the world i was stuck in my house for months with alcohol as best friend and fast food as my wife combined with 24/7 video games made an Pandoras box that i lived for a while and i finally had it enough..

So i started with my journey in first month i lost over 11 kg and afterwards the number just went by itself down i had my meals prepared from my trainer and i was tracking my macros intake outake how active i am actually and eventually came for the first time in months maybe even in years in the best shape that curently i am and i am happy about it !
Down sides that i felt from my bad living and eating habbits are:

  1. Anxiety and Depression ( Which i had before, but now even after weight lose are bigger
  2. I had trouble moving around
  3. Everything hurted me for no reason, had problems with breating
  4. My emotional and mood changes were so big that i didnt know what was happenin from time to time
  5. I actually thought that i didnt deserve to feel happines and i never will.

* And many more this is a summary of most immportant that i can right now remember *

Good sides that i felt after losing so much weight are:

  1. More energy.
  2. Positive way of thinking ( as much as i can since my Anxiety and Depression problems )
  3. More motivation for accomplishing little goals.
  4. Self-esteem is boosted for a lot.
  5. My testosteron level is increased
  6. My health is improved in a lot of ways
  7. My Habits are increased and i dont have problems i with getting new one

* Many more as well but i dont want to make a long list this are most important that i can remember right now *

Point is to picture yourself make little goals that worked for me 2 more pounds after that 2 more pounds and in no time THOSE 2 pounds that YOU'VE been counting for past weeks/ months / years will become 20 pounds and than 40 pounds etc etc..

Anyway, so now i've came to the last phase where i know how i want to look but i need your help guys based on the pictures here http://prntscr.com/w9o3ed that you can see, what would you recommend me should i go Lean Bulk , Fat bulk, or should i go with Cutting phase till i lose 4 more KG's so i can than start Bulk ? I don't know how should my eating look right now and i really want to finish this.
