Im 5'2" 193. Obviously obese. And people who are smaller just need to eat less calories. Someone 6'2" could not eat 1200 and be healthy, they need more calories. As a petite sedentary woman, I do not need all those cals. No, I won't go into "starvation mode". The goal is to lose weight, not waste away. And I look like I've never missed a meal anyways.
So No, contrary to what some say on here, I do NOT as a petite person eating 1200 or a bit under. I won't go into starvation mode. I will be much healthier weighing 30 less vs eating over 1200 and never losing.
