Book/Article Suggestions

I’m realizing that, even though I need to make multiple lifestyle changes, I have made myself quite comfortable where I am. That is to say, when I start to feel badly about myself, I can subdue it with distractions like Netflix, Reddit, online shopping, food, etc.

To me, the amount of work I need to put in is so overwhelming (I’m at least 80 lbs overweight) that I stick to my comfort areas. To the point that even trying to make a small change for a day or two gives me a great deal of anxiety.

Not sure if this is relatable to any of you, but if it is, have you found an article, podcast, or book that helped you work through this?

Thanks in advance.
