Just posting this as a way to vent.
I had wished to make my first post about the accomplishments I have made regarding losing weight, but I guess that wish is now dead since I had one of the worst binge-eating days in a while. I usually eat around 2000 calories a day, putting me around a 400 calorie deficit (19M, 190lbs, 175lbs GW, light exercise). Today, I have probably eaten over 3500 calories from breakfast to dinner. I notice that I tend to binge eat whenever I'm busy with school, and today was one of those days since I was working on a final paper for one of my courses. I know it's not an excuse. It just feels really sh*tty losing the hard work I've been putting in. I was tempted to throw up the dinner I had, but I didn't want to make it into a habit. I'm planning to go into starvation mode for the next few days to make up for today because I'm feeling like a complete failure at the moment.
