Struggling after testing positive for corona

5'1 and 101 lbs down from 139 lbs early this year.

i was surprised last week after testing positive for corona so i had to immediately isolate in my room for the sake of the rest of the family and i think its getting to me.

the first couple of days were fine. i kept myself busy with activities and workouts on youtube but im literally losing motivation to do anything. it seems that my entire day is just a cycle of eat/sleep/watch a show and then its over and its dark and it seems like a justifiable time to go to sleep when its only 7pm.

it would be fine if i were actually sick and needed to rest but my symptoms are very mild. basically just a little congested and coughing a couple of times a day so i feel like i should be doing more? like im being lazy by not working out all day since i am physically capable?

unfortunately, i feel like a big part of going to the gym is social for me and that is what motivated me to keep going. im naturally introverted and lonely and it helps alot to just see people so i guess theres a lesson in that somewhere. but how do i get the motivation to do something at home?

it seems like i cant bring myself to workout and im barely managing to eat healthy. i understand an all or nothing attitude is bad but it seems like if im not working out might as well eat that chocolate bar at my desk and the icecream in the freezer especially when someone else is making all my food so my attempts to calorie count seem useless since i cant control how much oil they put in things.

besides that ive already lost all the definition i had in my abs and its only day 5 with 5 days remaining and its just making me feel a bit down.

what was you guys' experience through this? sorry just feeling a little down right now.
