Struggling to stay on track. Any ideas?

Motivation to even exercise is low. I'm exhausted all the time and currently on maternity leave. I started to get some energy, but now I'm just feeling tired and in pain all the time after just two months postpartum. My biggest thing discouraging me at the moment is the arthritis in my lower back that's gotten worse after each pregnancy. I'm a mother of 4 and they're all 6 and under, so I stay very busy with them on top of work that I'll be going back to in a few weeks. I just feel overwhelmed with it all and would like to get back in shape. Does anyone at least have some tips for lower back pain/arthritis? I know losing weight would help me, but it's getting started with this pain that's holding me back a bit.
