Over the quarantine period I have lost 30kg (like 70lbs or so) just because I felt like I had so much time on my hands from being home, and I’ve always wanted to do it- I knew I could.
My athletic background and also the fact that I’m very interested in making food made this easier than I ever expected and it made me wonder why I hadn’t done it before.
Within 6 months I lost 30kg to reach my goal weight, this was all the while I was playing extremely high level of soccer and basketball and also doing weight training.
I love how I look right now and I feel way more confident in how I am, it also helped my joints a lot as I’ve always been an athletic kid, but I’ve always head shoulder pain, knee pain, ankle pain- which has all disappeared.
Even though I love I look right now, I’m kind of disappointed over how elastic my skin still is. I’m 19 years old and I’m guessing my skin will firmen as time goes and everything will be fine, but I’m unsure. I have no loose skin or anything resembling that even, just elastic skin- and it’s only around the abdomen and chest area. Does anyone have tips or pointers maybe?
I ordered a cream today that I hope will work towards it, Brazilian bum bum something.
