So, I naturally carry weight in my inner legs, mid section and lower back.
I’ve always noticed that after working out and generally working out more consistently these past few months (cardio and lifting) I’ve noticed I’m “puffier”. My midsection is more noticeable to me and my legs are a little puffy and my pants fit a little tighter.
Prior to this I was even less puffy as I was on keto. I’ve added good carbs in my diet now and I’m paranoid/hyper vigilant to my body after losing about 22 pounds.
My question is, aside from the reintroduction of carbs, does working out basically 6days a week ( alternating running and lifting) have this effect or contribute to it?
