I want to hear genuine success stories. Because a lot of what stops people from making that change is fear. So hearing stories from people who actually did it would help a lot of us here on the sub. Give us confidence that "yes, I can do it. If you can, I can."
There's also a lot of different information out there, from how to diet, how to exercise, and for someone trying to find where to begin, it can feel very confusing and overwhelming.
