Keto or not?

I’ve been following keto since 27th November. I’ve the keto breath and everything. But I wasn’t loosing weight on the scale while on keto. But I did notice that I was loosing fat on my body around stubborn areas and so after I started exercising. Like my muffin top and my hands.

While I was following this another diet that I’ve been following for a year where I lost 16kgs. I lost the weight but not my body fat.

My promise to myself was that I’ll be 65kgs by January 2021. Tho I’m unsure what diet should I follow now. Keeping in mind that I can’t see the scale moving over 72kgs. Should I continue keto or keep following the past diet and exercise. What should I do? Help me make a decision cos when it comes to my weight I’m too indecisive and can’t make a decision unless someone makes it for me. Any advice is appreciated. I’m sure that I’ll loose the body fat given that my exercise schedule is tight now. Also, the normal diet allows me to eat food I like whereas with keto it’s pretty restrictive. TIA.
