i’ve been stuck at 179-181 pounds for almost 2 weeks now. so i’m 5’7 17 and a girl, starting weight was around 216. (probably higher because i was too scared to weigh myself) what can i do to continue my weightloss journey and stop this plateau? i eat an average of 1200-1400 calories depending on how hungry i am. i allow myself to have a treat on fridays/saturdays such as fried food like lumpia (filipino egg rolls) or a drink from starbucks. for exercise, i’ve been doing just dance for 1-2 hours and going for walks. i feel so unmotivated making no progress for 2 weeks, if you plateaud and got through it do you have any advice?
here’s what i did today breakfast: applesauce (60 cals) exercise: just dance for around 2 hours (burnt 300 cals) lunch: cherry almond salad, half orange, tbsp of peanut butter (438 cals) snack: half an apple, rest of orange, tsp of peanut butter, piece of chocolate (120 cals) dinner: cod, bruschetta, green beans, asparagus (502 cals)
