Losing weight with minimal food effort

Hello all. I used to be 190lb(I’m big+strong) and loved it - now I have sadly crept to 240lb and everyone around me says I don’t look fat but I “feel” it inside literally and my belly has increased and noticeable without a shirt on.

So, I absolutely LOVE excercising and burning calories, my biggest issue is food. I can’t prep food like crazy or do recipes as I’m a carer and when I can get around to eating it must be simple and fast. No, I can’t do food prep due to OCD which I’ve had for at least 10 years.

Sorry for what seems like a long intro, but my main point is - is it ok if I basically eat different flavoured chicken strips and beans every day for dinner? My breakfast will always be Oatmeal as I love it, and lunch most likely whatever calories I work out to have left over between Breakfast and Dinner.

Thoughts?
