Check out my transformation here
Essentially, even though I'd lost 70 lbs and was feeling the weight fall off of me and my body working more regularly, it was hard to tell the gains I'd made to this point. It wasn't until my mom made a photobook from last years trip to see my grandfather that I had photo's showing how much weight I'd ACTUALLY lost (because, like some, I HATE pictures being taken of me when overweight).
But I'm finally finally FINALLY able to see the difference, and my face ALONE is worth all the work I've put in so far as I know look 100x more like my old self then a used to.
That's probably why I feel comfortable looking in the mirror again, because I finally see my face, instead of the face of my worst nightmare: a heavyset man with no ambition and no goals.
Today: I'm a man with a 2 year plan and am excited for my future for the first time in 6+ years. Merry Christmas everyone, and happy holidays this season, I love all of you, and your posts and support here mean more to me than any physical gift than I could ever receive :)
