How do you even begin? and what motivates you to exercise?

By no means overweight. Need to lose 20lbs to get back to the 2018 healthier version of myself. I love weight lifting but won't go to a gym until I get a vaccine.

I work 15 hour days at work and sometimes weekends, desk job. I set my alarm to wake up early to do exercise but can't wake up. I bought a spin bike but never use it (I love spin at the gym). I force myself to go out for walks and it's happened a few times but I'm trying to actively go for 20 min during the work day when it's light.

Diet is good. Clean diet with no carbs (rice/pasta/bread) and eating protein rich. Small treats but nothing significant (think low calorie ice cream).

Exercise is my issue. I used to be great working it into my schedule pre covid hitting the gym. I know I can do HIIT on the TV.

But I can't find the motivation. And I feel worse every day.

What things helped motivate you to get up?
