How do I make myself eat the right thing?

I'm having some trouble. I know what's healthy and what's not. I know what I should be eating and shouldn't. I work out doing crossfit and jiu-jitsu daily. I just have a really hard time CHOOSING the right thing to eat over something I know is unhealthy. I keep giving in to temptation. Any advice???

Additional info: I'm a 5'1" girl. 21 yrs old. I'm a little under 135 right now, and I'm looking to get to about 115-120 (seems low, but I'm short and it's still in the healthy range). I wanna do intermediate fasting, so only eating in an 8 hour window everyday, and I want to try a more plant based diet so I get protein from different sources and eat more natural foods.
