Help with self control?

This is my first post so I apologize if it’s disorganized, I’ll do my best to be concise. I’m 20 yrs old, 225lbs, my heaviest was 260lbs and very little of that is muscle. I’m happy with the progress I’ve made, and the fact I’m no longer obese but my goal is 200lbs and I’ve stagnated.

I have anxiety and I’ve been diagnosed with depression since I was 14 and I definitely stress eat. One of my biggest issues is that I work in the food industry (a local pizza chain) and although I’ve gotten a lot better at not binge eating as I used to in past years, I still have problems with self control at home and work when eating.

As most people are this year, I’ve been very stressed and I’m doing my best to fight against the compulsions to eat, so I’m looking for suggestions to stop stress eating as much. I was 215 earlier in the year and slowly went back up to 225 and though it’s been slow, I just want to start moving in the right direction again. I feel like my stress slowly depletes my willpower and I’m not sure how to overcome that.
