I am 5.1ft(155cm), and weighs 150 pounds(68kg). My psychiatric medication may wreck my metabolism, however I don't often limit my food intake. I want to go to my home country after pandemic is over. The thing is that, I may not be able to do shopping for my size. In my home country, I am considered as a very heavy person, so I should go to a few special shops targeting fat women. Also, many clothes are imported from China, and those clothes are very small for me. It would be very sad if I can't do shopping during vacation, so I googled average weight for my height in my home country. So my height is 155cm, and average height is 106 pounds(47kg). Average height for women is 5.3ft(162cm), and average weight is 118 pounds(54kg) in my home country. I went to my home country for work, and most shops didn't have pants that are over 30 inches. Maybe I can go to men's shop for shopping, but clothes may be too long for me. I would go to my home country in mid-August or early September, so there are eight months left. I also don't want to be commented by my relatives, and I also don't want to see questioning look made by people working at shopping mall. I also want to eat something in public, and my size or heavier people sometimes receive comments from strangers. I also need to lose weight for my health. So, avoiding embarrassment and health complications are important for me. I would like to ask some tips for losing 40 pounds. I have eight months.
