Exercise

So when I started working out I did exercises that a woman on YouTube does and they’re specifically for obese people like me and it worked great and I did wonderful and it helped me get started. But now those exercises are super easy for me and don’t challenge me. So I tried looking for mid level exercises and all of them are too hard for me. I know what things I’m struggling with and I have some ideas of exercises I can do to strengthen those areas so that I could eventually do the mid level exercises. What I want to know is has anyone else had this happen where the easy is too easy and the mid level is too hard? If so were you successful in finding a video that helped? I will do my own thing if I have no choice but I usually do better when I’m following along with something. Thanks for the help and I’d appreciate any feedback.
