do you guys have certain foods that are "banned" ie. you make a point to never eat them?

i'm not sure whether this is an ED-symptom, it seems like a grey area to me.

so there are some foods that will lead me to over-eat without fail, eg. dried mangoes. i don't know what about them makes those fuckers so addictive but every time i buy them intending them to be an occasional snack enjoyed over several weeks, yet the bag is always finished in like a few days.

now i have this thing where if i "ban" a food from my diet, i typically stop craving them. i stopped eating animal products a few months ago and even though i used to be the biggest cheese-lover, i feel totally fine abstaining now, it's like flipping a switch. but i'm concerned that restricting every food that causes me to binge is gonna be a slippery slope. like today it's mangoes, next day it's donuts, etc. and the list is gonna grow longer, and maybe i'll just find new binge-foods to replace the ones i banned. is this an unhealthy behaviour in the long run?

tldr i wanna know if i should stop eating dried mangoes
