I'm constantlly failing to go down, yet somehow keep going up.. I'm F22 and 220 lb. I've been overweight my whole life and I'm just tired. I've done things before, but it always ended up temporary, with minor weight changes. I haven't quit yet, but I feel like I might at any point now.. Just before lockdown I started my journey again, with hopes to come out of it lighter, more confident, yet I only managed to shed 5 pounds in first few weeks and the add 15 just weeks later. I'm crushed and out of ideas of how to tackle this. So I'm here guys, for your help and maybe inspiration.. What helped you going towards your goal and how to not loose the hope in these hard and uneasy times..?
