Am I understanding this correctly? This can't be right, can it?

I decided to have a cheat meal today and ate 12 chicken wings. I'm counting 1 wingette as one piece and 1 drumette as one piece, FYI. I baked them with no added oil, a little salt to draw out the moisture from the skin to aid with crisping them in the oven. Then, I tossed them in Frank's RedHot once they were finished cooking.

When I did my calorie count for it, I used raw chicken wing because I didn't add anything else to them that would raise the calorie count. The hot sauce has 0 calories. According to fitbit, 1 wing is 36 calories. That would mean my cheat meal was at the ballpark of 450 calories, assuming variations in wing size.

Now, I get that this isn't a healthy meal that could be eaten everyday, but did I count the calories correctly? I feel like it should be more calories.
