So it's me again from Original post and it's time for my first month update
Let's start with the facts
Weight
142.8 (-3.1kg)
Gym
I've been doing the following;
Elliptical (Interval Training setting) - 30 minutes, started out only doing 2.63km and current best 3.25km
Chest press 32kg - 30 reps
Leg press 86kg - 60 reps
Treadmill - 1km average time 12.3 min
Daily steps taken (Using my phone step counter) - Average 8937.72 steps, high 17278, low 2706
Positives
So in the last month I've been sleeping better and clothes already fit better (some newer clothes are now a little too lose) which has been awesome.
Really feel better emotionally
More energy during the day, seriously guys before I'd get to about 2 in the afternoon and feel drained and needing sugar
Said no to waffles when the entire in laws we're insisting I have one, for someone who both loves food and struggled with being pressured to eat I see this as an absolute win (Thank you to all those who post here with their stories as it gave me the motivation and courage to say no even if it upset them, it didn't thankfully)
Negatives
Lost some of my progress over the holidays (Only gained back 0.6kg though so I'm not too upset)
Haven't really been too committed to eating plans (But have cut out major luxuries and junk food)
Plans
Started IF last night, going the 16/8 route. I fast for religious reasons so this seems doable
Gym 6 times a week
