OK OK yes I have only lost 8 pounds in three weeks but I wouldn't even have lost ANY weight if it weren't for two things:
1) Routine - as soon as I put my baby down for bed I walk into my room and put on my workout clothes. Once I'm in the clothes I immediately head to my basement to work out. I do it fast so that I don't change my mind.
2) I have found the best free workout videos: Body Project. They have a bunch of videos on YouTube that are low impact and my favorite part is that a lot of them include REAL people with REAL bodies. I can't tell you how good it feels to see bigger people doing the exercises, too. I prefer the videos where Daniel leads because he's really reassuring and doesn't go too fast. His wife Alex leads some of the videos and she's too intense for me (right now). I need something more slow pace.
I highly recommend looking up their videos!
