What is my exercise factor?

Hi! I'm an 18yo Female, 5"6 and 143lbs. I'm trying to calculate my TDEE using the link below (although I'm open to suggestions if anyone has any other calculators). Due to COVID making me do school-from home, I spend most of my time at a desk, so my activity factor is "sedentary." I'm not sure about my exercise factor. I usually work out between 45-120 minutes a day (depends on my schedule), six days a week. I do a combination of bodyweight exercise (sometimes using a mini band), dance/aerobics, and HIIT workouts. What level would this be?

Thank You!
