trying again

hi! i’m posting here as i’m looking to focus on losing weight again but have no idea where to start. i used to see a nutritionist and i lost around 90 lbs, but during quarantine i started new medication, stopped working out and eating as well as i was, and gained back 50 lbs. now i have no insurance and no idea where to start. my SW is 290, my GW is 180 lbs, and my CW is 245 lbs. the lowest i’ve reached was 198 lbs. i also have issues with binging and restricting, which definitely doesn’t help. any support or encouragement is appreciated! btw, i’m female, 19, and also 5’5”/165cm. i’m not a vegetarian, but i try to eat less meat and dairy! also, i’m not currently able to exercise too intensely due to a knee injury but i do walk at least 2 miles a day and i dance. i know 180 lbs isn’t low but i felt incredibly healthy and confident when i was 198 lbs. i looked slim (i have a bit of muscle which definitely adds to my weight) and fit in clothes at normal stores. i’ve been big my entire life and my goal is to be a weight where i feel confident and beautiful.
