So, I (5”5, female) was obese my whole life. July of 2019 I decided to make a change and I went from 200+ pounds to 166 pounds. I’ve been 166 pounds as of march of 2020 and I want to get down to 140ish. I almost got down there (155, which is my lowest weight) august-november of this year by using a calorie counting app and exercising daily, but I started binging and gained all the weight back and now i’m back to 166ish. I don’t know what to do and I want to lose the weight in a way where I won’t binge it all back. It’s like 166 is my base weight and no matter how much I exercise/eat my body stays at that weight. It’s so weird.
