Alright so my starting weight was 95 kg and I'm 18 Fand my height is 5'8". I have been intermittent fasting plus CICO for 2 weeks now and I've lost 4 KG.
My problem is that I always end up getting to 91 but I can't lose it further and rn my weight keeps fluctuating between 91 and 92.5 and I don't know why
My only source of exercise is walking. I walk 3 KM minimum and 5 KM maximum. I want to join the gym but because it is expensive I promised myself that I'll do it when my weight drops to 88kg because that way I can prove to myself that I'm dedicated.
I've tried to lose weight a lot of times in my life the most successful was when I was 14 I went from 84 KG to 74 KG but then I stopped losing weight because I guess I got bored of the whole ordeal.
But this time I want to make it a lifestyle and I am. But I just want to know what I should do? Like should I start Chloe ting workouts because I like doing those or should I avoid certain types of food? Any feedback would be great.
