Hey all. I’ve struggled with food my entire life. I had anorexia and was hospitalized in 2009,and now it’s just turned into the opposite. Anyways, I’ve gained about 75-80 lbs within the past 2.5 years since I met my boyfriend. (He has as well). We’re both emotional binge eaters and I feel like we just fuel each other. We have such good intentions and we do so well throughout the week and then the weekend comes and it all goes to shit. We bought ourselves a home gym back in September (squat rack, free weight set, mini trampoline, bike, etc.) and we are consistent with working out 3-4 days a week but the food is what is hurting us. I don’t know what to do. We have such a good day and then one of us says let’s go get sweets and boom, it’s over. Does anyone have any advice on this?
