So I'm 18M 175 cm and I weigh around 85 kgs I have gained a lot of weight over the past months because of a lack of exercise and a huge appetite for un healthy food. I also sometimes indulge myself by eating to much of a single food item that I like. I want from monday start to go running in the mornings as soon as I get up and brush for around half an hour I'm going to use the running method in which I run for one min and then walk or one and a half min to recover eight times one week and then if I can do it comfortably by the weekend I'll go to this next step which will just increase the running time a bit, except that I will do some excercise specifically targeted for the stomach and core like leg raises, planks and some then do the easier version of push ups until I can do a proper one. I'll be attending my lecs all day and in the middle I'll randomly exercise if possible but the main session will be in the morning and for the whole remaining day I expect to be busy with college related work. The main issue seems to be diet so for that I as usual will have two chapatis with one fried egg for breakfast and then try to directly have dinner if in the middle I feel hungry I'll try to eat fruits like apples and oranges for dinners I'll have some random vegetable with either rice or chapati this will probably be my schedule for the whole week and for Sunday's will have some non vegetarian dish for both lunch and dinner. So how much can I expect to lose with it, and is there anything else or more I should be doing along with it, and is it realistic. I hope I'll be able to follow through with my goals.
