(Please keep in mind I'm Australian, masks are mandated by the state and we have had zero cover cases for a number of weeks. Going retail shopping has a risk but we do not have the numbers America or England has.)
As I waltzed into the local saddlery store yesterday looking for some new jeans I trapped my normal size and I almost went to buy them before someone pointed out I had some slack int he waist band.
Consider me mind blown. Unfortunately they didn't have the next size down (an Australian size 12, a size 8 in US?). The people at the store ordered them in and I'll be trying them this week. Earlier this week some friends and I went to a local alt store which typically runs small. I picked up a dress to try on just for the sake of it, but I grabbed a size 12. This dress isn't meant to be loose but it also isn't super body con, any way, the damn thing fit! Whilst I was a bit self conscious I it, I'll be damned if I say I wasn't chuffed.
I haven't been eating the best recently, but I'm on school holidays now (eight weeks!!), and I'm looking at gyms for my friend and I to go to. Luckily, my weight has only fluctuated up to just over half a kilo which I'm really happy about.
This isn't uber exciting nor incredible but I dropped a jean size which I haven't done...ever.
