Hi. I have been dieting and trying to lose weight forever. We recently got a treadmill and while I have been more active in the last month than I have in the past 2 years, I feel stuck.
My eating habits are still not great and the workouts are HARD. I often am not able to finish them or I am tired certain days and can’t bring myself to get on the treadmill. I use the Running app, so my workouts are usually 30-38mins doing walk/run/sprint intervals. If I don’t workout, I gain 2lbs overnight (I understand this is likely water).
I feel like I don’t have good direction and need some motivation or something. I know what I should be doing, but I think I lack the willpower and/or grit to do it. :(
