I recently went from 250 to 215 and my diabetes was under control and things were really looking good. I still had a long way to go but I was at least on the way. Then the holidays hit and my local gym closed and now I have eaten Taco Bell 5 nights in a row and haven’t cooked healthy in who knows how long. I know have at least gained 10 lbs back. Each day I tell myself to get back on track and each day I do ok until it’s time to go home and then I’m so tired from work and know I would have to go cook and here we are at Taco Bell again. This is the first holiday season without my grandma and she was my rock. So now I binge eat and get full of regret and calories. Any tips on how you guys get motivated again if you fall offv
