Back pre-corona times I lost 5 kg in 2 months. Then the quarantining happend. I lost my routine. No more biking to school. No more going to the gym. Of food there was plenty. So I ate. I gained it all back in those quarantining months. Now I'm trying to get back in the game, but I find it really hard without my old routine. I'm feeling down a lot too- emotional eating is also a problem. I know food doesn't fix my problems, it even worsens it because I'm loosing my goals, but I still do it anyway. How can I start a new routine which is corona-safe, and feel happy about myself and my achievements again. Do you guys have any advice for me?
