So I am 20 years old and weigh about 290, and I’m always traveling due to my work. I want to lose weight but it’s hard for me since I’m always in a new place. What kind of foods should I eat or what are things I can do to lose weight?I bought me a hot plate so I can start cooking meals for me to eat then rather eating out. Also what can I drink other then water that I can substitute sodas and such? I was thinking of doing 2000 calories a day, do you think that is too little or too much for my weight and age to lose weight? I’m just ready to get out of theses 3xl shirts, plus it just sucks that it’s hard to try to find some decent shirts in a 3xl
