Looking For Workout Recommendations

Basically, the title. A little bit of background for context, about two years ago I was in the best shape of my life, but in the two years since I've become incredibly overweight. Working in a call center maxed out my depression/anxiety stats and I had a mental breakdown. I spent about a year recovering, and then this year was the pandemic. I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and got Covid-19 in the early summer. My case was very mild but ever since I've been having lingering nerve pain to varying degrees. I have an office job now, and have always been a PC gamer so I do that a lot as well. Basically, I want some sort of program meant for SUPER out of shape people. I can barely walk half a mile before my back muscles get super tight and I have to stop from the pain. Ideally, I would want something that emphasizes light cardio, light strength, and maybe yoga elements to get my joints and the muscles surrounding them back to where they need to be. Given the state of my body, I have a long way to go to regain maximum fitness but once I commit to something I always get there, I just need to know how. Having been an athlete most of my life, I'm not sure how to get there as I feel most programs cater to the already somewhat fit (I.E. P90X, Insanity, etc.) If anyone has any suggestions that would be great, I need to lose about 130 lbs to get back to a healthy weight. Thanks a ton in advance!
