I want to lose some pounds using a dual action stationary bike. What is the best way of doing this? 14M

Hi. First time here. I’m 160 pounds, 5’7”, and 14. I am not proud of how I look. Especially my ass. I’m constantly teased for it. I don’t really like to talk about that. However, what I would like to talk about is how I can lose some pounds with a dual action stationary bike. I already have my diet going. Well, not really a diet but rather just eating much less junk food. The doctor said I need to get more active. However, I don’t like going outdoors if I’m going to be brutally honest. I’m not that type of person. Also, I don’t like getting recognized by others in public with how I look right now. So, stationary bike it is. My grandpa has one that he replaced with another, and we asked him for the old one and he gave it to us. Now I need to know how I’m going to do this. Morning? Evening? HIIT? Intense for a while (45-60 minutes)?

I’m new to this stuff quite clearly.

Goal is 130 pounds before I get shipped to high school next September.
