I started to get very unmotivated

Hello, I (22F, 5'6, SW: 87.6kg, CW: 76kg, GW: 57kg) started losing weight approximately 3 months ago with the help of a nutritionist. So far I've lost 11.6kgs but I feel like I am missing out on so many good foods. Also, it's becoming so hard to control my portions. I am on the recovery from binge eating and I feel like it's coming back (but I at least binge on healthy foods instead of junk food). It's also very hard to see people losing at least twice the amount I've lost in 3 months, the time I've been on this journey. The fact that I could've done the same and be lighter really hurts me because I know it's just because of my mistakes. I just need some motivation. I need to be at least 15kgs lighter by the summer of 2021. It's not impossible, but I feel so bad when I see little progress.

Thanks for reading. It was some sort of ranting but I would appreciate some motivational stuff :)
