I [22F] 160lbs and 5’0 on my journey to lose weight, I have very low self esteem and that is the main reason why I have depression!

Hey everyone I’m pretty sure this is not something new to y’all but this is my first time here, I always have been dealing with my weight since my teenage years I come from a country that people believe every girl should be tiny and slim or they will never find a man, so since my teenage yrs I was trying to lose weight I was always around 30 lbs overweight till 2017 I started my diet and lost around 35 lbs I was 124lbs and was truly loving myself till I got out of a toxic relationship and started gaining weight at one point i didn’t care about myself at all and kept eating like crazy till two months ago I realized my body was getting too heavy for me I’m only 5’0 and i was 168 lbs at that time and all of my clothes were super tight or i couldn’t fit them at all I started hating myself i can’t even look in the mirror or at my pictures so i decided to start my diet again and so far lost 8 lbs I don’t easily lose weight so i wanted to know what y’all recommend and just some motivation i feel like i am very depressed especially because of this and my self esteem is extremely low.
